GM Haircutting Education was born from the idea of giving you the opportunity of learning the dynamics of cutting hair at the highest standards in an organic and simple way, without restrictions in terms of tools that we can use and rules that cannot be bent, but at the same time with a clear path to follow towards reaching your goals, always giving you the reason why behind everything that we do.

The journey begins from a strong technical foundation of precision cutting that teaches you about geometrical shapes and techniques, and moves towards razor cutting and more visual techniques at advanced stages. Guiding you all the way to Teacher training for experienced hairdressers.
/Greta Maroino Story...
Greta's passion for using the scissors started at a very young age, when she was playing by cutting out shapes into paper, and soon this translated into experimenting with hair cutting.
​
Greta started her journey to become an educator after attending The "Sassoon Academy" in London, where she fell in love with cutting hair, and decided she would become a haircutting teacher herself.
After receiving her Sassoon Diploma and NVQ Level 3 she extended her knowledge whilst training in different salons in London, among which "Saco hair academy", "Seed hair salon", where she gained experience in different ways and philosophies of cutting and styling hair.

She then started an extensive in depth training with "Mazella&Palmer"(Now "Mazella&Partners") to become an educator within the company, where she gained her qualification in teaching precision haircutting techniques and soon became M&P Principal of Global Education.
​
Greta has led classes, seminars and shows all over the world ever since 2017, while leading staff training at the M&P Academy in central London.
​
To mention a few of the locations where she worked: London, Paris, New York, Sydney, Milan, Munich, Madrid, Athens, Odessa, Hanoi, Toronto, Dallas, Dublin, Moscow, Helsinki, and many more.
​
Following a brief experience with "PalmerandCompany International" (Now "DovePalmerCompany"), she started freelancing and collaborating with "Mazella&Partners" in November 2020.
​
Now based in the north of Italy, is organising official "Mazella&Partners" Foundation classes in Italy, while also working on her own project
GM Haircutting Education and her continue education, because she believes we never stop learning and improving.
Committed to bettering herself everyday and to always giving clear, easy to understand and easy to be applied information for her students, who she adapts to, in order for them to be able to reach their goals.
